Welcome to Summer Breeze

Summer Breeze is a well established, AA3* rated guest house in an ideal location in the centre of Newquay. Run by Karen & Andy Wilkins for the last 10 years, guests are assured a friendly welcome, clean, comfortable accommodation and a freshly cooked breakfast each day. We have 6 bright, modern bedrooms, all of which have en'suite showers and wc's, and all are comfortably furnished with good quality beds and fittings. All rooms have TV's tea/coffee making facilities, and we provide ironing facilities, hairdryers, storage for surfboards/bikes, and we have parking on site for which there is no charge. Our convenient location means that the town centre, bars and restaurants, beaches and transport links are all on the doorstep. Our guest house is spacious, light and airy, and our guests have their own personal room keys for unrestricted access. Summer Breeze is perfect as an informal coastal retreat - a real home from home.

Bed & Breakfast

Breakfast is served between 9am - 9.30am daily in our lovely sunny breakfast room. We serve Cornish filtered coffee which is unlimited, pots of tea and guests can help themselves to a choice of cereals, followed by either a full English Breakfast, (bacon, sausage, egg, hash brown, fried bread, beans, mushrooms), cooked to order; alternatively we can do any combination to order (scrambled/poached egg etc.) We also cater for vegetarian, just let us know in advance. Breakfast is then rounded off with fresh toast and jams/marmalades.
