all just 2 minutes walk, along
with a wide choice of restaurants
and bars for eating out. We are
also easily accessable from the
Bus and Railway Stations and around
10 minutes walk from Trenance
Gardens, Animal World and Waterworld.

| with Padstow, St Ives, Mevagissey and Penzance
all within a 40 minute drive. The world famous
Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are
well worth a visit and can be reached in around
30 - 40 minutes. |

This is a
view of our lovely sunny breakfast room
where breakfast is served between 9am
- 9.30am daily. Our breakfasts are very
popular with our guests judging by comments
made in our guest book - certainly worth
getting up for! We serve Cornish filtered
coffee which is unlimited, pots of tea
and guests can help themselves to a
choice of cereals, followed by either
a full english breakfast, (bacon, sausage,
egg, hash brown, fried bread, beans,
mushrooms), cooked to order; alternatively
we can do any combination to order (scrambled/poached
egg etc.) We also cater for vegetarians,
just let us know in advance. Breakfast
is then rounded off with fresh toast
and jams/marmalades. |

for the use of our guests. |

| We are pleased to have been awarded the
official AA3* guest house rating this year
- our accommodation is of a good standard
with cleanliness and comfort at the top of
our list! All our 6 bedrooms are well furnished
and tastefully decorated with full central
heating, private shower, W.C. and washbasins,
T.V. and Tea/Coffee facilities. We are happy
to provide ironing facilities and hairdryers
on request, and we can store surfboards and
bikes securely in our garage. We have guest
parking on site and with our central location,
it is possible to leave your car for the duration
of your stay and enjoy the benefit of our
excellent "Cornish" air! |

| Summer Breeze is run as a comfortable, good
quality guest house - we are not a surf lodge
- although surfers are more than welcome to
stay with us, you will not find any "dorm"
style accommodation or bunk beds here. Our
furnishings are of a good standard and all
our mattresses are good quality Myers mattresses
to ensure a pleasant nights' sleep. We welcome
couples, families and groups of friends but
we do not accept stag or hen parties. |

per person per night B&B and we are open
all year.
