Cancellations

Taxi services are booked through a 4 step process:

1. You make your enquiry through the booking/enquiry form.
2. We respond stating the details of the journey/s and quoting the price/s.
3. You respond confirming details and accepting price (if paying by card online, payment will be taken as confirmation).
4. We email you back confirming the service as booked.

Taxi services are not booked until you receive written confirmation (step 4) by email or text message following your confirmation that you have accepted the price quoted and confirmed the details of the journey.

If paying by cash, you need to pay the money due to the driver at the time of the journey. If paying online by credit or debit card, you need to make payment in order to confirm the journey for booking.
